wintery Boston

This winter has been all kinds of strange...lots of snow, then melting, then ice, then a dusting.  Cold, warm, simply changeable.

Part of me really misses Minnesota winters...the dependable cold and chill, the snow, the crisp air.  I'd take that any day versus a brown January.

YEAH. LOVED THE CONSISTENCY OF GETTING UP TO -10 DEGREE TEMPS EVERY DAY IN JANUARY. THE CONSISTENCY WAS GREAT.

Ha, unlike Eric, I live in a place where my commute is walking 8 minutes, 5 minutes of those inside, and I don't have a car to have to shovel out, try and start in the morning, or drive on winter roads. I don't have to do anything with the snow except dress appropriately. I'm very lucky. I can't imagine having to deal with this winter if I had a car.
